Preparation method

First, bring approx. 500 ml of salted water to a boil in a large pot over medium heat. Once the water boils, add the bulgur and cook for approx. 15–16 minutes over medium heat.

Meanwhile, prepare a large bowl. Wash the bell pepper and cucumber and cut them into small cubes. Peel and finely chop the shallots. Add everything to the bowl.

Drain the cooked bulgur through a fine sieve. Then rinse it in the sieve under cold running water and let it drain well. Then add it to the vegetables in the bowl.
