First, thoroughly wash the white cabbage and cucumber. Cut or chop both ingredients into very fine, small pieces. Place the chopped vegetables in a large bowl.

For the dressing, peel the garlic and place it in a blender. Add nutritional yeast, olive oil, fresh basil, and baby spinach, and blend everything into a smooth, creamy mixture. Season the dressing with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Pour the green dressing over the cabbage and cucumber in the bowl. Mix everything well until the vegetables are evenly coated with the dressing. Divide the salad into 4 portions and serve.
