Ingredients
- 600ml Water
- 200g Tofu
- 1 tbsp Wakame seaweed
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 Spring onions.
- 60g Miso paste
- 1 Handful coriander
- 1 tsp Sesame
👨🍳 Preparation
- 1Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add the dried wakame seaweed and simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
- 2Meanwhile, cut the tofu into cubes, the spring onions into fine rings, and finely chop the coriander.
- 3Add tofu, spring onions, and soy sauce to the soup and let it gently simmer for another 5 minutes. Then carefully stir in the miso paste and heat for another approx. 5 minutes until the paste has completely dissolved – do not boil vigorously anymore.
- 4Serve sprinkled with coriander and sesame. 🥢💛
