Ingredients

  • 600ml Water
  • 200g Tofu
  • 1 tbsp Wakame seaweed
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 Spring onions.
  • 60g Miso paste
  • 1 Handful coriander
  • 1 tsp Sesame

👨‍🍳 Preparation

    Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add the dried wakame seaweed and simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat.

    Meanwhile, cut the tofu into cubes, the spring onions into fine rings, and finely chop the coriander.

    Add tofu, spring onions, and soy sauce to the soup and let it gently simmer for another 5 minutes. Then carefully stir in the miso paste and heat for another approx. 5 minutes until the paste has completely dissolved – do not boil vigorously anymore.

    Serve sprinkled with coriander and sesame. 🥢💛
