Ingredients
- 500 grams Wheat Flour Type 550
- 21 grams Yeast Cube (1/2 cube)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 250 milliliters Water
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
Preparation
- 1Let the yeast cube rise for 10 minutes in lukewarm water with 1 teaspoon of sugar. Pour flour into a bowl, form a well in the center, and pour the dissolved yeast into it. Then sprinkle some flour over the dissolved yeast, cover the bowl with a damp cloth, and let everything rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
- 2Then add oil and salt and knead everything vigorously for at least 10 minutes. Let the dough rise again for one hour in a warm place.
- 3Preheat oven to 250 °C top and bottom heat. After the rising time, knead the pizza dough again and divide it into four parts. Now flour the work surface and roll out the four dough portions as thinly and evenly as possible with a rolling pin. Then top with your favorite ingredients and bake for about 10 minutes at 250 °C top and bottom heat.
Tip
If your pizza dough is too firm, add a little more lukewarm water. If your pizza dough is too sticky, simply add a little more flour.
