Whisk olive oil, mustard, honey, and 1 tablespoon of water until smooth in a small bowl.

Salad Preparation

Place the eggs in boiling water and hard-boil for approx. 9 minutes. Afterwards, shock them in cold water and peel.

Pour 300 ml of boiling water over the couscous, salt it, and let it swell for approx. 5 minutes, covered. Then fluff with a fork.

Chef's tip

For a vegan version, you can replace the honey with maple syrup and omit the eggs or replace them with smoked tofu.
