Dissolve the broth powder in 400 ml of boiling water. Clean the mushrooms and slice them.

Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms over medium heat for about 3 minutes.

Cooking the Risotto

Add the risotto rice to the mushrooms in the pan, sauté briefly, then pour in the prepared broth. Stir everything well.
