Ingredients

  • 250g sushi rice
  • 4 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 400g sashimi-grade salmon
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 avocados
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • Sesame seeds

Preparation

    Cook the sushi rice according to package directions and then mix with 2 tbsp rice vinegar. Wash the salmon, pat dry with a paper towel, and cut into medium-sized cubes. Also dice the cucumber and avocados.

    Mix soy sauce, rapeseed oil, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, brown sugar, and lime juice to form a dressing.

    Arrange some rice with salmon, cucumber, and avocado in a bowl. Drizzle with some dressing and garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy your meal!
