- 400g Sashimi-grade Salmon
- 1 Cucumber

- 5 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed Oil

- 2 tbsp Lime Juice

Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and then mix with 2 tbsp rice vinegar. Wash the salmon, pat dry with a kitchen towel, and cut into medium-sized cubes. Dice the cucumber and avocados as well.

Mix soy sauce, rapeseed oil, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, brown sugar, and lime juice to form a dressing.

Arrange some rice with salmon, cucumber, and avocado in a bowl. Drizzle some dressing over it and garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy your meal!
