Ingredients
- 250g sushi rice
- 4 tbsp rice vinegar
- 400g sashimi-grade salmon
- 1 cucumber
- 2 avocados
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp cane sugar
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Sesame seeds
Preparation
- 1Cook the sushi rice according to package directions and then mix with 2 tbsp rice vinegar. Wash the salmon, pat dry with a paper towel, and cut into medium-sized cubes. Also dice the cucumber and avocados.
- 2Mix soy sauce, rapeseed oil, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, brown sugar, and lime juice to form a dressing.
- 3Arrange some rice with salmon, cucumber, and avocado in a bowl. Drizzle with some dressing and garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy your meal!
