- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- Juice of one lime
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- 1Prepare the glass noodles according to package instructions and halve them if they are too long. Grate the carrots, cut the bell pepper into thin strips, the cucumber into thin slices, and the spring onion into rings. Finely chop the garlic.
- 2Mix all ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3Mix all ingredients and the sauce in a large bowl. Arrange the salad on a plate and garnish with peanuts.
