Ingredients

  • 1 package ready-made puff pastry
  • 190 grams Pesto Rosso (one jar)
  • 125 grams organic Mozzarella
  • 75 grams pitted olives
  • 15 grams basil

Preparation

    Remove the puff pastry from the package and unroll it onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then cut the unrolled dough into rectangles (approx. 7 x 7 cm) and spread with red pesto.

    Drain the olives and cut them into small slices. Also drain the mozzarella and cut it into small pieces.

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C convection. Top the dough rectangles with olives and mozzarella. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Meanwhile, roughly chop the basil leaves and sprinkle them over the finished pizza pieces.
Tip
You can also use your personal favorite ingredients for the pizza topping. There are no limits to your imagination.
