The specialty with its unmistakable guitar shape with foot, which is only produced in San Daniele del Friuli. Slices of the most beautiful pink color, slightly interspersed with white streaks of fat. Pleasant and delicious, the meat is enriched by an increasing ripening period with a rich bouquet of aromas. Through a maturing period of at least 18 months, the raw ham acquires a dry, intoxicating scent with hazelnut notes. Tasty and aromatic, the ham refers to the elegance and refinement of the maturing process.

For example, Bronte pistachios, Sicilian sea salt, Marsala superiore DOP, cinnamon, pepper, fresh garlic become the secret of our taste. The smoky aromas are enhanced by our specific choice of wood, which gives our sausages that special something. Since everyone should share in this enjoyment, all our products are also gluten- and lactose-free.
