- 500 grams mixed minced meat
- 2 red bell peppers
- 250 grams kidney beans (1 medium can)
- 150 grams corn (1 small can)
- 1 kilogram strained tomatoes (500 grams per can)
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- Salt
- Ground pepper

Brown the minced meat until crispy in a large pot and season with just a little salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, finely dice the bell peppers and add them, along with the corn and kidney beans, to the browned minced meat and fry briefly. Then deglaze everything with the strained tomatoes and season mildly again – according to taste. Let the kids' chili simmer for about 20 to 30 minutes so that the beans become nice and soft.

Portion everything onto plates and serve with 1 tbsp of sour cream each.
