- 160 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 large banana (approx. 120 g)
- 100 g sour cream

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until a smooth, creamy mixture is formed.

Pour the mixture evenly into the popsicle molds and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).

Before serving, let the popsicles thaw briefly at room temperature or hold the mold briefly under lukewarm water. This makes it very easy to remove the popsicles from the mold.
Chef's tip
For a vegan version, you can replace the sour cream with a plant-based alternative such as coconut yogurt or soy quark.
