  • 200 g carrots

  • 1 bunch fresh chives
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground

Thoroughly wash and clean the vegetables. Cut the cucumber, carrots, and bell peppers into uniform, bite-sized sticks.

For the dip, put the cream cheese into a small bowl. Finely chop the chives and stir them into the cream cheese. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Arrange the vegetable sticks together with the dip on a plate or board and enjoy immediately.

Chef's tip

For a vegan version, you can simply use a plant-based cream cheese substitute.

The sticks are great for transporting in a lunchbox – ideal for on the go!
