Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Finely grind half of the Oreo cookies in a blender. Cut or chop the remaining cookies into coarse pieces.

Carefully melt the dark chocolate together with the butter in a bain-marie until a smooth mixture forms.
Chef's tip
For an extra crunch, you can let the popcorn firm up briefly in the refrigerator after baking. This makes the chocolate coating extra crispy!
