Sift the flour into a bowl. Add salt, powdered sugar, ground vanilla, baking powder, and baking soda and mix everything well.

In a second bowl, whisk together cream yogurt, kefir, milk, melted butter, and eggs until smooth. Add the liquid mixture to the flour mixture.

Whisk everything together with a whisk to form a smooth batter. Finally, carefully fold in the lemon zest and fresh blueberries.
