Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 hamburger bun
- 250 grams chicken breast
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 5 cucumber slices
- 10 lamb's lettuce leaves
- 33 grams Cheddar cheese (1 slice)
- 1 olive
- Salt
- Ground pepper
Instructions
- 1Slice the onion and fry until golden brown in a pan with hot oil.
- 2Knead the minced meat with salt and pepper and form into two uniform balls. Flatten each ball into a round patty. Form a small indentation in the center of both meat patties. Fry both meat patties in a pan with hot oil for approx. 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
- 3Cut overlapping triangles from the cheese slices one after another, so that most of the slice gradually gets ghostly teeth.
- 4Slice the bell pepper and halve the olives.
- 5Spread ketchup on the bottom half of the bun. Arrange a handful of chard leaves on the ketchup. Then place the tomato and bell pepper slices on top. Spread another spoon of ketchup on the bell pepper slices. Then place the first meat patty on the ketchup layer. Place the yellow bell pepper slice on top of this. Then place cucumber slices on this bell pepper slice. After that, arrange the second meat patty on the cucumber slices. Place a cheese slice on this second meat patty. Carefully spread the remaining tablespoon of ketchup over this cheese slice and finally cover with the top burger bun.
- 6Halve the boiled egg and remove the yolk. Place half a black olive in each egg half instead of the yolk. Pierce the egg with a skewer so that the skewer goes through the olive, preventing the olive from falling out of the egg. Now the ghostly eyes of the monster burger are ready. Then insert these eyes into the top bun.
Tip
If you want to make your burger even spookier, you can add a little more ketchup under the halved olives.
