Preparation method

PREPARE BBQ SAUCE

Put all ingredients for the BBQ sauce into a small pot and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.

Stir constantly until the sauce has reached the desired thick consistency. Set aside and let cool.

PREPARE COLESLAW

Clean the white cabbage and cut into fine strips of approx. 2 mm. Place the cabbage in a large bowl, sprinkle with 1 tsp salt, and knead vigorously with your hands for about 1 minute until it softens. Let stand for 2-3 minutes.
