Ingredients
- 120 g Pulled Beef
- 100 g White cabbage
- 50 g Vine tomatoes
- 40 g Cheddar slices
- 60 g Mayonnaise
- 1 pinch Garlic powder
- 10 g BBQ Sauce
- 1 pinch Smoked paprika powder
- 1 handful Mesclun salad mix
- 1 pc. Burger bun
- 10 g Carrots
- 5 ml Apple cider vinegar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 10 pcs. Whole black peppercorns
- 50 g Unsalted butter
Preparation
- 1Cut the white cabbage into fine strips. Grate the carrots and mix with the cabbage, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and apple cider vinegar. Let the coleslaw rest briefly.
- 2Heat the pulled beef in a pan or on the grill. Season with garlic powder, smoked paprika powder, and BBQ sauce. If the meat becomes too dry, add a splash of broth and a tablespoon of butter.
- 3Halve the burger buns and toast them golden brown in a pan with a little butter on the cut sides.
- 4Layer the burger as follows: bottom bun, coleslaw, mesclun salad, warm meat, a slice of cheddar, and tomato slices. Place the top bun and serve. Tip: Let the cheddar melt briefly on the meat.
Tip
For a particularly intense aroma, you can marinate the meat the day before.
