Cut the white cabbage into fine strips. Grate the carrots and add them to the cabbage. Add mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper, mix well, and season with apple cider vinegar. Let the salad rest briefly.
Prepare the Meat

Heat the pulled beef in a pan or on the grill. Refine with garlic powder, smoked paprika, and BBQ sauce. If the meat becomes too dry when heating, add a splash of broth and a tablespoon of butter.
