Mix all ingredients for the spicy mayonnaise (mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet chili sauce, garlic powder, and sriracha) thoroughly in a small bowl.

Assemble the burger

Slice the hamburger buns. Generously spread the prepared spicy mayonnaise on the bottom halves.

Heat the pulled beef according to package instructions and distribute evenly on the bun halves.

Chef's tip

For an even better aroma, you can briefly toast the cut sides of the burger buns in a dry pan.

Instead of simple lettuce, a classic coleslaw pairs excellently with the seasoning of the meat.
