Preparation of the Burger Patties

Finely grate the cooked beetroot. In a bowl, mix the minced pork with the grated beetroot, egg, and dried marjoram. Season generously with some of the salt and pepper.

Form two equally sized burger patties from the mixture. Sear them in a pan for about 3 minutes on each side. Then, finish cooking them in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 10 minutes.
Dip and Assembly

While the burgers are in the oven, stir or briefly blend the goat cream cheese with the milk until smooth. Season with the remaining salt and pepper to taste.
