- 4 pcs Chicken breast
- 6 tbsp Neutral vegetable oil
- Salt PL
- Ground black pepper
Preparation
- 1Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat).
- 2Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- 3Heat the oil in a large pan over high heat. First, sear the meat skin-side down for about 4 minutes until golden brown. While doing so, gently press the meat with a spatula to ensure the skin becomes evenly crispy. Reduce the heat to medium, flip the meat, and fry for another 3 minutes until golden brown. Place the seared meat on a baking sheet and finish cooking in the oven for about 8 minutes.
- 4Remove the cooked meat from the oven, place it on a cutting board, and let it rest for about 6 minutes. Then slice into medallions and serve immediately.
