Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat.

Wash and clean the vegetables thoroughly. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Place the potato slices in a pot, cover with water, and pre-cook for approx. 3-4 minutes. Then rinse in a sieve with cold water and drain well.

Meanwhile, peel and finely dice the onion. Halve the leek lengthwise and cut into half-rings. Divide the cauliflower into small florets and cut the bell pepper into bite-sized cubes.
Chef's tip
For a particularly spicy note, you can add a little nutmeg to the crème fraîche.
Serve with a fresh green salad.
