Preheat the oven to 180–185 °C and prepare a suitable baking dish (approx. 20 cm x 27 cm).

Finely grate the potatoes and finely dice the tomatoes. Place both in a large bowl. Add the ground turkey, spelt flour, finely chopped basil, tomato paste, as well as salt and pepper, and mix everything thoroughly.

Line the bottom of the baking dish with a layer of lasagna sheets. Spread a portion of the meat-vegetable mixture over it and sprinkle with some grated Parmesan. Repeat the process until all ingredients are used up. The last layer should consist of the meat mixture and Parmesan.
