Savory Bread Casserole

Preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a small baking sheet with baking paper.

Cut the pastry into cubes and spread them on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, mix, and roast in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until the cubes are golden brown.

Meanwhile, grease a deeper casserole dish (approx. 20x10 cm) with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Cut the ham into strips and finely chop the parsley.
