Preparation of the Crust

Knead a dough from the ingredients for the crust. Press it evenly into a quiche pan, prick the bottom several times with a fork, and pre-bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approx. 7 minutes.

Preparation of the Filling

Finely dice the onion and sauté until translucent in ghee. Add the leaf spinach and pressed garlic. Sauté everything together until the spinach is soft and the excess liquid has completely evaporated.

Finally, stir the sour cream and the grated or finely diced Gouda into the spinach mixture. Season with a pinch of salt.
