Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat and prepare a suitable baking dish (approx. 40 cm × 25 cm).

Place the cut chicken meat and diced onions into the dish. Drizzle with olive oil, add paprika powder, salt, and pepper, and mix everything well so that the meat is evenly seasoned. Pre-cook in the preheated oven at 200 °C for 10 minutes.

Remove the dish from the oven. Add the cooked rice and dried tomatoes and mix with the meat. Distribute the broccoli florets evenly on top and gently press them into the rice. Sprinkle everything with the grated Cheddar and bake at 180 °C for another 15–20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.

Chef's tip

For an extra crispy crust, you can also mix some breadcrumbs under the cheese.
