Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Cut the meat into 4–6 slices (or use pre-cut meat), lightly pound it, and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Roughly chop the onions, slice the garlic thinly. Skin the paprika sausage and cut into 3 mm thick slices. Cut the bacon into small cubes or strips. Peel the potatoes and cut into 0.5 cm thick slices.
Chef's tip
For a smoky note, you can replace part of the sweet paprika powder with smoked paprika powder. Serve with a cool light beer or a strong white wine.
