Preparation method

Rinse the lentils thoroughly and soak them in plenty of water for at least one hour. Then drain the water, add fresh water, and cook the lentils for about 20 minutes until almost tender.

Meanwhile, clean and finely dice the onion, carrots, parsley root, and celeriac. Halve or quarter the cherry tomatoes. Finely chop the garlic.

Preheat the oven to 190 °C top/bottom heat.
