Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 195–200 °C. Prepare a baking dish (approx. 30 cm x 25 cm).

Divide the cauliflower into small florets. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Grate the mozzarella coarsely.

Place half of the cauliflower florets and half of the potato cubes together with the grated mozzarella, cream cheese, paprika powder, ground caraway, salt, and pepper in a tall container. Puree with an immersion blender until almost smooth.
Chef's tip
For an extra crispy crust, you can sprinkle some additional cheese over the casserole at the end of the baking time.
