Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 195–200 °C. Line a large baking dish (approx. 25 cm x 30 cm) with baking paper. Prepare a large bowl.

Wash the potatoes thoroughly, pat dry, and cut into thin slices. Cut the chicken breast fillet into bite-sized pieces (or use shredded, pre-cooked meat). Finely chop the broccoli. Place potatoes, meat, and broccoli in the bowl.

Add milk, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, smoked paprika powder, grated Edam, and Greek yogurt and mix everything well. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
