- 150 g waxy potatoes
- 300 g chicken breast fillet
- 200 g broccoli
- 100 ml low-fat milk (1.5% fat)
- 80 g natural cottage cheese
- 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
- 20 g grated Edam (or Gouda)
- 100 g Greek yogurt (0% fat)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 195–200 °C. Line a large baking dish (approx. 25 cm x 30 cm) with baking paper. Prepare a large bowl.
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, pat dry, and slice thinly. Cut the chicken breast fillet into bite-sized pieces (or use pre-cooked, shredded meat). Finely chop the broccoli. Place potatoes, chicken, and broccoli in the bowl. Add milk, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, smoked paprika powder, grated cheese, and Greek yogurt, and mix everything well.
Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish and bake in the preheated oven at 195–200 °C for approx. 40–42 minutes until golden brown. Let rest briefly after baking, then portion and serve.
