Dieser saftige Blumenkohl-Auflauf ist die perfekte Wahl für ein schnelles und gesundes Abendessen. Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 220–225 °C and prepare a medium-sized baking dish (approx. 30 cm x 25 cm).

Cut the bacon into small cubes and place them in the baking dish. Render slightly in the preheated oven at 220–225 °C for about 10 minutes until crispy.

In the meantime, cut the cauliflower into small florets. Crumble the Balkan cheese and cut the mozzarella into small cubes.

Chef's tip

For a vegetarian version, simply omit the bacon and add a few toasted pine nuts instead.
