Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 185–190 °C and prepare a baking dish (approx. 30 cm x 40 cm).

Peel the carrots and onions. Dice them along with the zucchini and celery. Place the chopped vegetables in a large bowl.

Add the pre-cooked rice, finely grated lemon zest, finely grated Parmesan, milk, flour, thyme, drained tuna, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season everything with salt and pepper and mix the ingredients thoroughly.

Chef's tip

For an extra crispy crust, you can briefly turn on your oven's grill function at the end of the baking time. A fresh green leaf salad pairs well with this.
