- 400 g fresh salmon fillet
- 50 g unsalted butter
- 1 pinch table salt
- 8 stalks green asparagus
- 500 g fresh gnocchi
- 400 ml cooking cream 15% fat
- 50 g Parmesan in one piece

Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 2Wash the salmon, pat dry, and salt.
- 3Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, put a piece of butter on each fillet, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- 4Meanwhile, prepare the gnocchi. Wash the asparagus, snap off the woody ends, and cut into rings. Leave the asparagus tips whole.
- 5Heat butter in a pan and sauté the asparagus. Then pour in the cream and bring to a brief boil.
- 6Finally, add the Parmesan to the sauce; do not boil anymore, just let it melt. Season with more salt to taste.
- 7Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions and mix with the sauce.
- 8Serve the creamy gnocchi together with the baked salmon.
