  • 400 g fresh salmon fillet
  • 50 g unsalted butter
  • 1 pinch table salt
  • 8 stalks green asparagus
  • 500 g fresh gnocchi
  • 400 ml cooking cream 15% fat
  • 50 g Parmesan in one piece

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Wash the salmon, pat dry, and salt.

    Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, put a piece of butter on each fillet, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

    Meanwhile, prepare the gnocchi. Wash the asparagus, snap off the woody ends, and cut into rings. Leave the asparagus tips whole.

    Heat butter in a pan and sauté the asparagus. Then pour in the cream and bring to a brief boil.

    Finally, add the Parmesan to the sauce; do not boil anymore, just let it melt. Season with more salt to taste.

    Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions and mix with the sauce.

    Serve the creamy gnocchi together with the baked salmon.
