  • 300 g cooked cocktail shrimp
  • 120 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp garden cress
  • 2 tbsp spring onions
  • 30 ml cognac
  • 3 g refined sugar
  • 4 leaves fresh basil
  • 1 organic lemon
  • 1 pinch salt

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into sixths. In a bowl, lightly press the tomato pieces with a spoon to release some juice.

Add the cooked cocktail shrimp, mayonnaise, finely chopped spring onions, garden cress, and cognac. Season with sugar and a pinch of salt. Carefully mix everything together.

Refine the shrimp cocktail with freshly squeezed lemon juice and garnish with basil leaves. Chill thoroughly in the refrigerator before serving.
