Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 180–185 °C and prepare a baking dish (approx. 20 × 30 cm).

Cook the couscous according to package instructions. Then mix with mint, parsley, lemon zest and juice, basil, cream, salt, and pepper. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish.

Place the salmon fillets, skin-side up, on top of the couscous. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–17 minutes at 180–185 °C.
