  • 15 g red cherry tomatoes

Blend cream cheese, soy sauce, and the juice of half a lime until smooth.

Pour the sauce into a deep plate. Slice the celery into fine pieces and arrange it along with the halved cherry tomatoes on the sauce.

Arrange the finely diced salmon on top and garnish with freshly grated lime zest.
