Wash the fish, pat dry, and lightly salt. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, pressed garlic, finely chopped fresh chili, and chili flakes to form a marinade.

Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and sear the plaice fillets in it (skin side first).

Pour the prepared glaze over the fish, slice the organic lemon and add it to the pan. Cook the fish for about 3 minutes on each side, then carefully remove from the pan and keep warm.
Chef's tip
Serve with a light green salad or steamed seasonal vegetables for a low-carb dish.
