Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat).

Wash the salmon fillet, pat it dry, and season with salt.

Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Put a small piece of butter on each fillet and bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.
