  • 200 g fresh salmon fillet
  • 1 tbsp natural cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 fresh lime
  • 2 red cherry tomatoes
  • 1 stalk fresh celery

Blend cream cheese, soy sauce, and the juice of half a lime in a mixer until a smooth cream forms.

Spread the cream on a deep plate. Slice the celery into fine pieces and halve the cherry tomatoes, then arrange both on top of the cream.

Finely dice the salmon (or use pre-made tartare), carefully place it on top, and garnish with freshly grated lime zest.
