  • 50 g salmon carpaccio
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream
  • 1 tsp balsamic cream
  • 1 sprig fresh dill
  • 1 organic lime

Arrange the salmon slices fanned out on a flat plate. Place a generous dollop of coconut cream in the center.

Wash the fresh dill, shake dry, and pluck the fine tips over the salmon. Drizzle decoratively with balsamic cream.

Wash the lime with hot water, dry it, and finely grate the zest over the carpaccio. Finally, refine with a few splashes of lime juice and serve immediately.

Chef's tip

For a particularly intense aroma, you can briefly whip the coconut cream before serving.
