Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into fine slices.

Spread a piece of cling film (approx. A4 size) on the work surface.

Place three slices of smoked salmon side by side in the middle of the film. Distribute the avocado slices on top and add some of the cream cheese (approx. 15 g) to the center.

Chef's tip

For a particularly refined note, you can enhance the dressing with a pinch of pepper or fresh dill.
