Ingredients
- 2 pcs of Plaice fillet (approx. 150 g)
- 2 tbsp of Liquid honey
- 5 tbsp of Soy sauce
- 4 tbsp of Lemon juice
- 1/2 of Organic lemon
- 3 of Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp of Chili flakes
- 1/2 of Fresh cayenne chili pepper
- 1 Handful of fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 Handful of Mustard sprouts (Microgreens)
- 1 tbsp of Sunflower oil
- 1 Pinch of Salt
Preparation
- 1Wash and salt the fish. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, pressed garlic, finely chopped chili pepper, and chili flakes to form a marinade.
- 2Heat oil in a pan and sear the fish (skin side first).
- 3Pour the prepared glaze over the fish, add the lemon slices, and fry for about 3 minutes on each side. Then remove the fish from the pan.
- 4Stir the chopped parsley into the sauce and let it reduce until the glaze reaches a honey-like consistency. This only takes a few minutes.
- 5Coat the fish with the glaze and serve garnished with fresh mustard sprouts.
