Preheat the oven to 200-205 °C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash the salmon fillets, pat them dry, and brush with rapeseed oil. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with liquid honey, and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 10-11 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
Sauce & Serving
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: Peel the garlic and place it in a tall mixing container along with the parsley, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, olive oil, dried oregano, and 50 ml of water. Finely blend everything with an immersion blender and let it sit at room temperature.
Chef's tip
Serve with classic parsley potatoes or light wild rice for a complete meal.
