- 250 g Goan Curry Sauce
- 250 g cod fillet or shrimp

- 100 ml coconut milk

Cut the fish or shrimp into bite-sized pieces. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan and fry the fish or shrimp until golden brown.

Add the Goan Curry Sauce and simmer everything over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes until the fish is cooked through.

Arrange the curry in bowls, refine with a splash of coconut milk, and serve garnished with freshly chopped coriander. Basmati rice is an excellent accompaniment.
Chef's tip
For an extra fruity note, you can add a few splashes of fresh lime juice over the curry at the end.
