Preparation and Baking of Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 190–195 °C. Line a baking dish (approx. 20 cm x 30 cm) with baking paper.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes of approx. 2 cm. Place the cubes in the prepared dish, season with salt and pepper, and pre-bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes.

Preparing Salmon and Vegetables

Meanwhile, prepare the garlic butter: Peel the garlic, grate it finely, and mix in a small bowl with the melted butter, dried dill, and lemon zest and juice. Wash the salmon fillets, pat them dry, and season both sides with salt and pepper.
