Ein saftiger Rinderburger ist der Inbegriff von Genuss. In diesem Rezept kombinieren wir bestes Rinderhackfleisch mit knusprigem Bacon, geschmolzenem Cheddar und einer selbstgemachten, würzigen Mayonnaise. Die Kombination aus frischen Tomaten, roten Zwiebeln und knackigem Eisbergsalat in einem getoasteten Brioche-Bun macht diesen Burger zu einem echten Highlight für jeden Grillabend oder ein gemütliches Abendessen zu Hause. Einfach zuzubereiten und unwiderstehlich im Geschmack!

For the spicy mayonnaise, combine all ingredients (mayonnaise, ketchup, red wine vinegar, grated onion, parsley, tarragon, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper) in a bowl and let it sit in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Slice the tomatoes. Peel the red onion and cut it into fine rings. Fry the bacon on the grill or in a pan until golden brown and crispy on both sides, then set aside.

Form 4 equally sized patties from the ground beef (slightly larger than the buns). Season the patties with salt and pepper on both sides and brush with melted butter. Grill on a hot grill for approx. 3 minutes, flip, brush again with butter, and grill for another 2 minutes. Then place a slice of cheddar on each patty and let it melt for 1 minute. Let the cooked meat rest briefly.
