  • 60 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 108 g liquid honey
  • 4 g Dijon mustard
  • 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 g salt

Place balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and 1 tablespoon of water into a tall, narrow container.

Blend everything well with an immersion blender. Then slowly pour in the olive oil while continuously blending until a smooth, creamy emulsion forms.

Chef's tip

The dressing will keep in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to one week. Simply shake briefly before use.
