Saftiges Pulled Chicken, serviert in zwei köstlichen Varianten: einmal in einer gebackenen Süßkartoffel mit Avocado und einmal als frische Quinoa-Bowl. Ein gesundes und proteinreiches Gericht, das einfach zuzubereiten ist.

Preparation method
Finely dice the yellow onions. Clean the chicken meat and lightly salt it. Peel and finely grate the garlic and ginger.
Preheat the oven to 140 °C top/bottom heat.
Heat the oil in a roasting pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the meat and sear briefly on all sides. Sprinkle with paprika powder, add garlic, ginger, and tomato paste. Roast for one minute, then deglaze with chicken broth. Salt, bring to a boil, cover, and let simmer in the preheated oven for approx. 1.5 to 2 hours.
